The comprehensive benefits program, including programs for paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and financial security, is an essential part of our commitment to making LEXTRON and its subsidiaries an outstanding place to work.

Most of our benefits are available to eligible employees the first of the month after 90 days of employment.

MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION COVERAGE
LEXTRON offers a national Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and an extensive prescription drug program, which covers medically necessary prescription drugs. The premium paid by employees for coverage is competitive.

DENTAL COVERAGE
Our Dental reimbursement plan, an important part of your overall health coverage, is included with the health plan coverage.

BASIC TERM LIFE AND ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT COVERAGE
LEXTRON provides basic life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage for eligible employees. The amount of coverage is $10,000. Additional voluntary term life insurance coverage is also available.

SHORT AND LONG TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
The purpose of disability insurance is to provide replacement income when personal injury or sickness causes an employee to be absent from work. Voluntary short and long-term disability insurance is available.

401K AND SAVINGS PLAN
The LEXTRON 401K plan allows for the employee to make pre-tax salary contributions. LEXTRON will match 50% of the first 4% of the employee’s salary contribution. Eligible employees may 401K Plan on the first entry date after 90 days of employment.

An employee savings plan is also available. This post-tax plan pays 1.5% below prime and is available to all full-time employees.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
LEXTRON encourages employees to further their academic education by providing reimbursement for studies related to their work or advancement within the company.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
Instead of the traditional sick leave program, LEXTRON offers employees a PTO benefit program. PTO is to be used for illnesses and personal appointments resulting in employee absence from work.
